1. Eligibility to Become a Seller
To become an authorized seller or distributor for Rizq International Trade, you must meet the following requirements:
Hold a valid business registration or GST number (if applicable).
Comply with all local, state, and national laws governing trade and commerce.
Maintain proper infrastructure to handle product storage, display, and delivery.
Uphold the brand values of quality, reliability, and ethical business conduct.
2. Product Quality and Standards
Sellers are required to ensure that all products sold under the Decent brand maintain the same level of quality as provided by Rizq International Trade. Any product found to be defective, altered, or tampered with before sale may lead to immediate action, including suspension or termination of the seller’s authorization.
3. Pricing and Promotions
All sellers must adhere to the official pricing and discount guidelines provided by Rizq International Trade. Unauthorized price reductions, misrepresentations, or false advertising of products are strictly prohibited. Sellers may run promotional campaigns only with prior written approval from the company.
4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
Sellers are expected to maintain adequate stock levels and fulfill orders promptly. Delays or cancellations due to negligence may impact seller performance ratings and future opportunities. Packaging should be secure, clean, and aligned with our brand standards to ensure products reach customers in perfect condition.
5. Payment Terms
All payments between Rizq International Trade and authorized sellers will follow mutually agreed terms and conditions. Any delay in payment or violation of credit terms may lead to suspension of supply or cancellation of the seller’s account.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect all sellers to conduct business honestly, professionally, and respectfully. Engaging in fraudulent activities, misleading customers, or violating brand integrity will result in immediate disqualification.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Sellers are authorized to use Rizq International Trade’s branding materials (logos, images, and product descriptions) solely for promoting Decent products. Unauthorized use or reproduction of company assets is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination Policy
Rizq International Trade reserves the right to terminate any seller partnership without prior notice if the seller fails to comply with our policies, engages in unethical practices, or damages the company’s reputation.
9. Support and Collaboration
We provide our sellers with full marketing and operational support, including promotional materials, training sessions, and advertising assistance, to ensure sustainable growth and strong local market presence.
