However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to make the process simple, transparent, and fair.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Proof of purchase or invoice is required for all return requests.

  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Reasons for Return
You may request a return or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • The product delivered does not match your order (wrong item, color, or size).

  • There are visible manufacturing defects in the fabric or stitching.

Please note that minor color variations may occur due to lighting or screen display differences. Such variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Return Process

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process. The product must be securely packed and shipped back to the provided address.

4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping or handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy
In case you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will gladly replace your product with the same or a similar item (subject to stock availability).

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized fabrics or made-to-order garments.
